Here is a Birthday Banner I made for a friends 50th birthday! I also made a Halloween one but my digital camera just broke so I will have to wait to post a picture of that one!

More Banner

This a part of the Happy Birthday banner I made for a friend! Lots of fun to make!!

More Birthday Banner

This is the Happy section of the Birthday banner I did for a friend! I actually used a pre-made letter linked banner and covered each letter with glitter and then glued them onto the vintage paper background and then images and embellishments were added.

Time for Tea

This is a collage I did in my Altered Art group with a tea theme. I used images I obtained from google images as well as napkins, wrappng paper and tissue. I really enjoyed using the tea stamps my fellow altered artist brought to share. The background was done on a cold-pressed watercolor block with golden's paint. Enjoy!

Twitchie Witchies

These are some Twinchies I made for a swap with my Altered Art groupfor October. I used Lisa Vollrath's witch stamps for the faces. The back ground is a combination of paint, napkins and stamped tree image. Hope you had a Happy Halloween!!

Moo Swap

I just finished a Moo swap with my Altered Art group today. It was lots of fun and with such a small size they go a little faster than ATC's! I used images from Lisa Vollrath's http://www.tentwostudios.com/ college sheet called Fatal Beuty under microscope sheets in the college sheets and sets. Enjoy!!

Birdie Spoon

Hello!! Welcome to my blog!! I hope you have fun and enjoy sharing in the creative process with me. My first posting is from an altered cutlery swap we had in the Altered Artist group I attend monthly. A friend from the group had provided the lovely spoon which was expertly prepared by her husband in that it was banged flat and had holes drilled top and bottom. I had been working on some birds and decided to add one to the spoon. Our group got this idea from Jeannette Janson see
http://www.art-e-zine.co.uk/garage.html and an article in Somerset. I found the birds from Michelle Michie at www.digitalcollagesheets.com which she had specifically made for the bird project after she saw it in Somerset. Anyway - the wings are made from roofing tin with alcohol inks added. It was a fun project that was hard to swap away. I'll try to post some other birds next. Have a Tweet day!!
